There's something powerful when we express how we feel in words. Reading another's words enables us to learn and grow and become better versions of ourselves.
My passion for writing came when I opened up and wrote my first book- A Journey to Health. It was created to inspire and motivate females. To let them know that body issues can affect anyone. From here I have continued to write and create products that help others connect and start to accept who they are.
From here I noticed the power in reading and writing, leading to the creation of the Self Love Diary.
