Let's make Self Love fun! Too often we overcomplicate it or feel like it is a chore to do. That’s where the Self Love Sticks come into play. To add some fun into the concept and promoting conversations. But what makes them a useful Self Love Tool? The colours. There are 35 sticks in 7 different colours. Each colour represents a different task to complete when you pick up the matching stick. There are 2 different tasks you can do per stick, and it promotes a positive conversation with others and yourself. It’s time to work together to promote a positive relationship with ourselves and help one another on our journeys. The topics you will work on are:
