A good can only be returned if it is damaged or faulty upon delivery. Should this be done, the refunded amount will be that of the product and the customer must pay for the fee to deliver the product back to the sender and will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. Lauren Minicozzi is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.

Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
Please note there are two options for shipping. Standard tracked and express tracked. The timing is an estimate given by Australia Post and cannot guarantee items will be delivered in the suggested timeframes. Please be mindful if you require an item ASAP as Lauren Minicozzi cannot take any responsibility for delays.
Australian Standard Tracked takes between 2-7 business days
Australian Express takes 1-3 business days.
Lauren Minicozzi accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available and sent to you via email once your item has been shipped. This email is seperate to your oder confirmation email. It is the customers responsibility to track the item via the email that confirms your item has been shipped with the associated tracking number. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If an item has been delivered and the customer cannot find it, it is up to the customer to call the associated delivery service (Australia post for Domestic orders) and lodge a complaint with them. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address. If the parcel has been delivered to the wrong inputted address at checkout, Lauren Minicozzi has no responsibility to send out a replacement item.
